FAIR PLAY / SUBSTANTIAL JUSTICE

About

FAIR PLAY / SUBSTANTIAL JUSTICE is a blog about the law and public policy.  The blog’s title comes from the seminal Supreme Court case on personal jurisdiction, International Shoe.

Ryan Locke is in his third year at the University of Georgia School of Law.  He graduated from the University of Richmond with a BA in Rhetoric & Communication Studies and Psychology.

Look up Ryan on LinkedIn or facebook or Twitter.

He is married to a U.S. diplomat working at the U.S. Consulate in Matamoros, Mexico–he writes and posts photographs about living in Mexico on their personal blog.

As far as the opinions expressed on this blog, you know the deal: these opinions are Ryan’s and not anyone else’s.  The buck stops here!
